To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@elanella.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you.
